divided into six main areas: the port, the industrial zone, the financial
district, the residential district, the tourist and educational centre. |

– The Pearl
Project of residential and commercial development, with a total value amounting
to 2.5 billion dollars. |

Saadiyat Island - Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates
UAE have hundreds of Mega Projects under work concurrently, just as a single reference Saadiyat Island Development is one of Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC) flagship developments. The island is 27 kilometres and located 500 metres off Shore of Abu Dhabi Island and woths 27 billion USD. |
